I'd pay a $100 but only because I know I could resell it for a lot more. To me it's not worth the plastic its encapsulated in. But that's just me. Now let me ask, what is the variety?

Appears to be a conflict between the slab label and the PCGS Cert Verification http://www.pcgs.com/cert/08830773 PCGS lists this coin as MS69RD with price guide value at $90. Is the slab mislabeled or was the info in the PCGS database loaded incorrectly... who knows? I would be cautious on this one. Maybe offer MS69RD price to purchase it and contact PCGS, maybe it is MS70RD and they'll update their database?

I'd love to see close ups of that coin.
Rest in Peace

Price realized on TT was $15,525 with BP. Way more than what I'd pay for a zincoln.

lawest, the reason it shows as ms69 on cert verification is because the coin developed a spot and got reduced in grade

And that is why you never, ever bid on a zincoln based on grade alone. That cent will be a blistered, peeling mess in 100 years.

Who is it that the high grade cents are so expensive?
