I've got some Nurnberg coins myself, and looking on Swedish ebay (Tradera), I can see they are clearly collectible, usually going for a few dollars (more than some of its originals). They are very fun to have!

Yes, this a speilmunzen issue, which is German play money... Lauers have issued all kinds of miniatures of world coins in the 1800's
