1865 III Cent Nickel RPD?

I know this scan is terrible, but does anyone know if 1865 III Cent Nickel is a RPD? The 6 has a tail the is at the same level as the rest of the date as is the line under the 5. Then coin also shows heavy die clash as most III cent coins do.

I'll tell the rest of the story and post a full scan once I find out if it's a 1865 RPD. (So I can cry alone for awhile.)
