No, last year's Enhanced Uncirculated $1 coin in the 2014 Coin & Currency set (50,000 minted) beats the 2015 set by 40k. Also, even though the obverse still bears Sacagawea's likeness, technically these golden dollars are called "Native American" dollars since 2009.
