I rarely use the term "Discovery Coin" but this is the one that I reported upon in Coin World and Numismatic News front page stories that appeared many weeks before a good slug of them appeared at PCGS. PCGS wanted to see this one so bad they graded it for free!
They graded it MS-65 but I would have gone no higher than MS-64.

I agree with your MS-64 grade as well. Too many marks to make MS-65.
