These need to be removed asap. The seller obviously knows they are fakes.

Luckily I caught them early, within about 15 minutes of them being listed at least. There hasn't been a single altered/counterfeit 1909 S VDB or 1914 D cent posted in at least 4 days. I added this picture to my library of counterfeits and altered dates, and I was going to post a picture here but the size was too large. I didn't feel like shrinking it down, sorry!

I agree. Great job.
Ever wonder why counterfeiters don't try to make a 1944D out of a 1914D?

I'm waiting for that one day someone turns a 1944D to a 1914D, but doesn't realize it's a D/S

If someone is selling more than one fake 1914D, it's not an unintentional mistake. They did the alteration themselves. Same situation with 1922 no D.

Sorry, but that's a completely irresponsible allegation IMO. They might have just bought someone's collection and not known. People buy collections all the time.

The seller actually took the listings down before they were removed by ebay, has been around for a bit, and has perfect feedback if I remember right. I'd bet good money he had no clue they were fake.
