This is the first time I've attempted to grade an Eisenhower dollar. I'm going to say EF-45.

Thank you for the advice. the coin is fresh out a sealed special 3 piece silver set. I used a scanner to get the pictures and it is not doing any justice to the coin. I will have to try to get better pictures.
