The feature I am seeing on this coin appears to be in relief, just west of column 10. Opinions on what it might be?

Possible cut with razor blade. Note the damage to the top of the East planter. Looks like it was altered before you found it. (another clue that it is incuse. If it were a die issue, then it would be raised)

Thanks guys, the biggest problem I was having was I couldn't tell if it was incuse or raised, I was actually leaning toward raised, however each time I look at it, it looks different.

The plowed up edges on the sides told me it was incuse. Here is one I cut to show the lines from a box knife. The deepr cut shows the zinc, but the light cut doesn't. Also the bottom of the cut is flat, sometimes with metal striation lines showing the blades edge lines:

Note how the knife hit the rim? I see the same thing on the planter on your coin.

I looked at the way way the light was hitting it compared to the way the light hit the known raised areas. You can see shadows and bright spots in the opposite places.
