No better than VG8 details, scratch, edge damage. A nice DDO. The surfaces and color bother me a little and I think a possible old cleaning. What's up with the C in Victoria?

VERY interesting. Do you know what causes it? When I first saw it I though it was from a repunching but I can not say since I can't examine one in hand.
