It looks to be some sort of Communistic achievement medal, almost. Can't tell exactly what it is but I'd say definitely some sort of medal commemorating something. Report this Post to the Staff
manymore Valued Member United States 347 Posts	Posted 08/21/2015 01:21 am It is a Chinese medal commemorating Marshal Xu Xiangqian who was one of the "10 Great Marshals" of China. Quote: I can see the character 'Yuán' on it,... Yuan shuai translates as "Marshal". The medal of Xu Xiangqian is one medal in a set of ten commemorating the "Ten Marshals". The entire set displayed in an album may be seen here. Incidentally, the entire set of ten medals including the album can be purchased wholesale at that Chinese website for $1.49 (RMB 9.5) each if you order at least 100 sets.
