Constantinopel= Ottoman empire, today's Istanbul in Turkey.
AH1115= 1695 AD

It doesn't look like that's a die clash from the same pair of dies used for your coin. An overlay image, which I'm unable to produce, can easily prove this regardless of alignment. I can't tell what else it is though.

Left image has shadow oval on right, same size as oval upper left. And what are the three lined center top, crossing pattern?
