Nice Morgan, but from what I can tell, not PL and probably not worth sending in.

super hard to take pictures of it, I darkened the picture on purpose because of the high glare

Lovely coin, but the best which can be said of it is that it's typical of the quality of the single best-struck issue in the entire Morgan series. This coin is a testament to San Francisco's work in the early days of the series - look closely, especially at the reverse. The lettering is drawing towards the edges, indicating a really old die pair, and it's amazing they could coax a coin of this quality from such old dies. PL is likely impossible from such an old die pair, though.
