At the moment there are over 550 of these listed on ebay. You would do well to examine the sold prices for this issue.

From the photo this appears to be a mid-range VF, perhaps lower, that has been cleaned.

That's the best I can make out on the small pictures.

The value, if such, would probably be in the $75-$100 range according to recent sales in similar condition.

Looks like mid-to-high VF but probably won't make EF-40. I don't see obvious cleaning signs. The surfaces are a drab uniform grey color but that doesn't mean they aren't original. Overall, the coin lacks eye appeal and is both over-graded and overpriced. I'd keep looking!

BTW, the PCGS price guide shows a problem-free VF-30 piece is worth $230 which is high retail price. This coin is worth considerably less than that IMO.

I imagine the price sticker is $325 CDN given OP's location.

Nice coin regardless but a long way from EF-AU, Liberty has no face from what I can tell. VF30-ish seems about right.

VF-30 details, cleaned.

Shame, seems like a lot of higher grade 20c pieces I see have had a cleaning.

No way to grade from these photos, it could be EF but hard to tell. Definitely looks cleaned so would be a details grade.

these pictures are not helping the cause of obtaining and accurate grading opinion. Chances are its cleaned as the others have already pointed out. Details look sharp however.

Another coin I need to add to my type set one day.

thanks for sharing

A generation or two ago, collectors would have thought it odd to find someone who DIDN'T clean their coins.

How times have changed!
