Did some googling and it's a fantasy coin. Seller doesn't appear to know what it is. Unmarked counterfeit, but are fantasty coins supposed to be marked?

I first saw one of those at least 15 years ago.
It is one of the earlier Chinese "imports".
It does not have any actual silver content.
