I hope I can upload this image so I'll know if this is a machine die or double die. I think I create images in my head after looking way to long at my coins. This is actually first one I've looked at today.

looks like a typical circulated Memorial cent.
Where do you see any kind of doubling ?

OOH NO. The obverse is upside down.
Nothing abnormal on this coin. But keep on looking. That is how so many error coins are found.
