Your coin is showing the effects of split plating that happened during the strike on the outside devices. There is also a machine damage issue with the left side of the Memorial.

So it is not a DD. I know so little about this stuff but I am about to post another rare beauty in a minute from the same role. So would this be a keeper?

Plate splitting, common on plated cents.

That one shows the columns inside the bays, You coin isn't from that die.
