I hope acetone will remove the PCV residue on this coin.

I need help to determine variety.

i lean toward O-114. Acetone removed the PVC crud.

Have you checked the edge? For me, I'd lean more toward an O-109 because of the way the "A" in States sits and lines up with the denticles.
