Hi all,

This is my second of 3 posts

I have bought a coin lot at an auction recently, mostly for the English coins - Among the coins was a number of ancient coins. Would be grateful for assistance in identification if possible as I want to put them on ebay to help fund the next buy :) (if they are worth anything)

1) Weight: 3g Diameter: 29.5mm ( note with it saying Norther Sung, Che Tsung 1086 - 1100)

Top is chinese - I cant help there.

Next is a sestertius of Volusian the reverse is CONCORDIA AVGG (it shows the god Concordia, symbolic of concord or agreement).

Next could be Gratian or Magnus Maximus, with Gratian being more common. The reverse is REPARATIO REIPVB - the restoration of the republic. It shows the emperor holding Victory on a globe (symbolising Romes ownership of the world) and raising a turreted woman. The turreted headdress is usually seen on city personifications on Roman coins.

I couldnt find the last, greek coin. It shows a triskelion.

The first one is a Yuan You Tong Bao from the Northern Song Dynasty. Cast from 1086-1093 AD under emperor Zhe Zong. The characters are written in a style known as "running script," and the variety is H-16.276.
