Hello, I would really appreciate some help in finding out what this coin is and where it is from. The symbols are of something I myself do not recognize. it measures about 38mm in diameter. Thanks ahead of time.

This isn't a coin but a temple token - from India or surrounding area. This particular type is one of the most common. A quick search for temple token will bring you up lots of examples.

You will propably find the token here:
http://indiannumismatics.com/all-tokens.php
(religous tokens, propably Hindu)

edit: It is a Rama Tanka:

There are fictive dates, so a lot of comparing can help to find the correct one.
The date is left and right below the two figures
