Is this a doubled mint mark & or just wear it has a little tail and hangs out below the top layer but maybe just warn? Old cent but mint looks odd

it might an rpm (re punched mintmark ) but I don't think so.

I just seen what looked like a tail or a ducks beak sticking out of the mint mark

Really can't tell from the picture. Can you get a closer, less blurry shot? From what you describe, wondering about a d/s variety. Long shot, but maybe...

Can you see it any better its almost like there is a light imprint of something under it that sticks out

This one is really out of my league - and I only have my cell phone so still can't tell from the pictures. What I was wondering about was the 1956 d/d/s womm-001 that can be found online on the Lincoln Cent Resource. Maybe check that site out and see what you think.

You mean this one? Yes very similar might just be it both have tail or duck beak shape sticking out very tiny but noticable
