The reverse fields just don't have any scratches at all in them.

Easily done - all he'd have to do to beat them is use a camera made of something other than cardboard and cellophane.

No way to tell anything from these photos. Best thing to do is avoid buying it.

1 innocent person who will be going in the future and 12 others who are lucky to avoid having to buy this garbage.

This is a much better date that doesn't look good but those images make it difficult to tell anything for sure. Pass.

Personally, I don't like it.

The date seems weird and the O Mint Mark looks off. And, of course, the pictures leave a lot to be desired.

Check my 1852 O SL Half for comparison:

Its a coin I would only buy in a PCGS or NGC holder. Just my humble 2 cents.

I couldn't find a match for it on the no-no site, but that doesn't mean that it isn't counterfeit.

IMO, I don't like it either. But honestly, I can't tell one way or another from those pics.

@Moe145

The date was the first thing that stood out to me as being potentially wrong, and the lack of relief in the eagle's feathers was the next thing I saw.

If you're going to bid on a coin like that, don't bid any more money than you would be willing to throw into the dumpster.
