The picture on the top is normal coin, the one on the bottom is the coin in question, does anyone see a difference? Letters are actually incused.

looks normal to me. what do you see? bottom quater looks more worn out than the top one.

look at the M, I think the lettering is doubled.

nothing out of the ordunary, very VERY minor Machine Doubling but that's it.
