I am sorry if this ends up in the wrong place. I recently bought a 1951 Canadian Silver Dollar, this is the first one I have seen. I live in Mississippi so I am a long way from the border. I am going to post a picture later after I get off work. I only have two quick questions. Is the reverse of the coin supposed to be rotated? Every other Canadian coin I have seen the obverse and reverse are the opposite of American coins. The one I have the reverse is rotated maybe 20/25 degrees from the obverse. Also, I am getting confused with the SWL designation. Sorry for no picture yet, I would get in trouble for posting it at work. I will try and get a good picture up tonight when I get home. Thank you for your help, I rarely post on here but every time I do I get very good information about my coin!

Im no expert on the matter but I don't think it should be rotated.

There should be no rotation although it is not uncommon to have a slight rotation.
I have a couple myself.
This is a picture of an ICCS certified SWL for comparison.
Note that each line is shorter than the one above.

I think that mine might have the SWL. I just don't know enough about this type of coin. So the rotated die isn't uncommon enough to make a difference? Also, what are the high points on the coin for grading standards?
