This is something you should learn yourself. Myself and thousands of the members could answer your question.
The phrase 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" really applies well to coin collecting.
If this is for resale of items I recommend "not" stating a grade unless professionally done.
(NGC ,PCGS , ICCS , etc).
