Could be wrong, but my first thought is that this is a modern fantasy piece, "riffing" on two different ancient issues from Mysia: lion hemiobols and (the forepart of) various Pegasus types.

This is supposed to be an ancient Greek coin from Mysia as Bob stated. However it's not real.
