Ok, I have two coins that I think are from Richard II. The first one I am really unsure about. The portrait on each is different, so I want to make sure so that I can catalog them correctly.

Richard-II-Halfpennies?
Diameter: 13mm
Text visible on obverse is D.REX.[A]NGL

Richard-II-Halfpennies?
Diameter: 14mm
Text on obverse: RICARD.REX.ANGL

Looks like you are right but not easy to tell exactly which one you have.

Disregard the prices since this is an out of date book (Spinks 2002)

Thanks, DavidUK! I just wanted to be sure that if I got rid of one of them, it wasn't going to be a Richard III or something.
