1970-S Proof Set Green, Fogged ? - Coin Community Forum

slcutguy New Member United States 39 Posts	Posted 09/03/2015 4:18 pm I recently sold some proof sets and my buyer claimed the 1970s sealed proof set is worthless due to it being fogged and green. I have never heard of this terminology before and I have no idea to what he is referring to. Any one have thoughts on this matter. Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

Out of the 5 sets sold only 1 apparently had this condition and I keep them stored in a closet. I live in the southwest and we do not have much humidity here.
