Pete41 Valued Member United States 261 Posts	Posted 09/03/2015 8:05 pm I have been going through quarters I looked at years ago thinking many had doubled dies only to be MD. This one though looks like Washington had a bad wig day. Pretty sure it's struck through some debris. There is quite a bit of orange peel look around the bust and LIBERTY to some extent and IGWT more so affected also. Strike through? Report this Post to the Staff

I also discovered another 2000 Virginia SQ with the wig missing some detail but no orange peel like this one. An earlier die stage likely. Report this Post to the Staff
