I found this in a OBWr. 1 other like it. Pics don't show it very well but it is peeling. So I'm pretty sure it is a cladding delamination.

Original bank wrapped roll. it is a roll that was unopened from an older bank. people like to buy them because you never know what you're going to find, as they are old and unsearched.
