In case you missed it...

Members who sell on ebay and eCrater may have those linked in their profile.

Look above their posts for the Do-You-Sell-Coins? and Do-You-Sell-Coins? icons.

I don't have much. My oldest coin in a 1901 Indian Head cent that I bought with a package of a Liberty nickel and a buffalo. Nickel. Those are my three oldest. Next in the contest is a 1924 cent. It's kind of hard starting a collection being a high schooler with a $5 allowance. Oh well. I still enjoy it!

I have over 150 wheats from CRHing, I have 100 Jeffs from CRHing, 33 V's and Buffaloes, and a shield, and over 30 silver dimes, and I am 14. However, I plan on trading my '09 vdb and a '56-d/shadow d (also from coin roll hunting), along with most all my buffaloes, v's, and shield, wheat cents, Canadian cents, and sivler dimes for about 72 silver quarters on Saturday, I calculated that my trade will be extremely profitable! If my calculations are correct, I will be getting each silver quarter for slightly less than face value!

I sell so that I can buy. Over time my taste and desires change and I sell things that I once enjoyed but no longer enjoy to fund things that I used to not have any desire to collect and now I do.

I recently sold off my modern proof and mint sets because I never looked at them and never derived any joy whatsoever from them. Now I am thinking about starting on classic silver commemorative coins because I think some of them are are the most beautiful coins we have ever met and I just enjoy looking at pictures of them.

Of course, it will probably take me the rest of my life to get them all.

I sell coins for the following reasons:
1) pay a bill or buy food
2) don't like the coin
