Take a closer look at the coin, especially the stars in the shield. Just looks like a possible fake, to me. I'll stand corrected with better lighting, but given the flat lighting, it's hard to discern the detail needed for a grade above MS60. I don't think the toning is adding any appeal to this coin, looks like sea salvage pitting.

There are no fake 1907-09 Peso on the market....
Yee,the photo are hardest to tell...
But there are golden toning on this peso
