An fyi to those who collect or deal in bullion; a shipping container carrying $10 million dollars worth of silver was stolen from the Port of Montreal about two days ago, along with a 1997 Freightliner truck (Licence plate L548854). The article does not state what the shipment was composed of (i.e. silver bars, coins).

Thousands of those containers come in and out of ports and freight yards every day. Whoever took it knew what was going to be inside, where it would be, and when would be the best time to take it. Hopefully there is some surveillance footage somewhere near where the trailer was ditched so they can figure out where the silver was all transferred to.
