That's what's called a "vise job" where two or more cents are stacked and either squeezed together in a vice or they're sandwiched in leather and pounded on with a hammer.

The raised elements of one coin are "imprinted" onto the other. It does look cool but there's no extra value as it is considered damaged after leaving the mint.
