Apollo 11 Medal

An awful lot of this sort of material was put out as NASA achieved the moon landings, especially with regard to the first such. Does anybody recognize this particular issue? Diameter is 26mm, and it appears to be made of bronze. "Apollo XI" reference is a bit atypical, missions usually being identified with Arabic numerals (although the Saturn V booster was, for whatever reason, designated using a Roman numeral).
