I'm currently tracking the grading of my Eisenhower sets. At last check, they were in the grading/QC step. I went to check on the status today and now the invoice is no longer listed on the Order Status page. Is that normal for the invoice to suddenly disappear?

I believe their database servers are down for maintenance. The certification database is also unavailable. It'll probably all be up again tomorrow. Good luck on the Eisenhower sets. Hopefully you'll get a 70.

Thanks, I decided to send both in for grading instead of one just to improve the odds. At worst, I can probably walk with a free graded set after I sell one. At best.......I can do a lot more buying. :D

Hmmm. My ikes were delivered to their po box on Friday and I have yet to get an email and no invoice is online yet. I was thinking due to the holiday. Maybe this has something to do with it too. I think I'll give em a call just to see what's up

I was able to see my invoice today. They're now finalized/shipped.

So, I got my email saying they received my ike order for grading. But then they charge my card THE NEXT DAY for the grading as everyone knows they do this after grading is finalized not before so they can adjust if needed. I don't get it? Either it was a mistake or they graded my ikes super quickly? I'll call today and let you guys know what they say

They also charged my credit card before grading my Eisenhower sets. In fact, they charged me shipping and handling when I requested they be sent back via UPS and gave them an account number. Once I got the final invoice and saw that they didn't remove the S&H charge, I sent an email once the package was tendered to UPS. I got a call the next morning from accounting who said they processed the invoice adding USPS since it was before they received the shipping waiver form and forgot to go back and reverse it once that was processed.

They offered to either refund the $27 or place a credit on my account. I took the credit since I'll likely send in the Liberty coins (and the Kennedy C&C's if I can get them) for grading in the near future.
