Remember date position is very important, and the date position of your coin is slightly different. It looks more like an S24 to me. Date position looks right. Repunching to the left of the '1' inside the lower loop of the'8', and above the first '9'., Full pictures of the obverse and reverse will help to make sure. Report this Post to the Staff

I tried there first john and s24 isn't even listed..thats why I bumped it has proven quite difficult this little cent here..ive exhausted every online option I could I knew there had to be a book somewhere that shows photos, I would imagine IHC in general have been well sorted over the last 100 years or so. thanks guys!
