I have seen these types on coin community before and was pretty stoked after finding one roll hunting . I would like to know if it is premium or just a fun find? Without further ado :

I have a bu roll of Lincolns that have the same bubbles.
I forgot what date they are. could be the temperature of the
copper plating being not exact. no premium on these.

Sorry to disappoint you but your coin is afflicted with plating bubbles, aka "zinc zits". Each bubble is an indicator of corrosion between the copper plating and zinc core and it has caused many Zincolns to simply rot away
