1910 V Nickel: Possible Poor-1 Candidate?

For those who know more about professional coin grading than I do, would this V nickel make a good Poor-1 candidate? The date (1910) of the coin is actually still visible. However, I cannot tell if the coin was worn down naturally or artificially (if that makes a difference with regard to whether or not it will grade).

Looks cleaned and damaged, so it wouldn't grade at a TPG.
