I don't generally collect 25 cent coins and I have a hard time determining the obverse on even the great coins but with one this worn I just don't know.

Is it possible to tell with any degree of certainty if this is an obverse #1 or obverse #2? Sorry about the picture it's all I have.

VG sounds good to me but unfortunately, this coin looks polished
