Found these searching is 95471650 a high number on a 2003 2 dollar bill? And what about a 43955439 2009 dollar bill. Both are circulated but not bad condition

Serial numbers above 96000000 were not used for series 2003 $2's. If you'd want to keep the $2, go for it...but unless it's crisp, it won't have a tremendous principal.
