I found this $5 bill in circulation. On the back it seems as if during the printing process a wet 1934d $5 bill landed on the back of this one leaving traces of the seals and the black ink. (Note: The extra ink you see on the back does not line up with the front when held up to a light)

What are your opinions.
Any Value?

I've seen this very often. I don't think it carries a premium though...

This does not appear to be a genuine error. The seal and serial numbers are not present in a offset print error and I can see what appears to be blue ink that resembles the large '5' as well as a portion of the serial. What also jumps out to me is that is not squared up like a genuine offset transfer should be. Also, if you notice where the folds are on the reverse, there is no ink transferred. This appears to be a note that was pressed in someone's wallet (or something similar) along with another similar bill and subsequently got damp, thus causing the note it was pressed against to 'bleed' onto this note.
