tried pointing out to the seller that the N in regiNa is lacking the marker but ?

It's OBV2. I can't even see REGINA in those pics. The coin does have the double chin and truncation found on OBV2.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Looks like Obv-2 to me also..but I'm no expert on these at all.
