I love Peace dollars beautiful coins, as far a condition I don't think it would make MS. Its still a nice coin though.

AU 58 the cheek, neck ridge breast feathers are showing some possible circulation rub. If the coin was showing more luster, it could go MS. The fields are showing very few marks, but the toning may be hiding the marks.

I question if that is natural toning. Not calling it artificial, however, it appears to be stained rather than toned.
