hi all dont know if iam seeing or my old eyes are playing games with me. I think I see doubling on the date and maybe the words ten cents and the rim looks funny by the date. and what grade would you give it. thanks for all your help.

I think I see doubling ... MD and die fatigue is common for these years, so better images of the doubling would confirm what type it is. Looks like a bit of a misaligned die, which explains the rim.

I'm leaning toward die fatigue, but a close up of the doubling is what's needed to be certain.

It sure looks like notching in the 1, but it doesn't look like this known doubled die
