I see some small issues here and there, so I'll go with a 64 based on these pics. Nice coin!

I'd guess this would make 65 by either major TPG. The wonderful luster makes up for the very few noticeable minor abrasions.

Bud250r and Moxking, you guys nailed it. It's graded MS-65. This is not a purchase from the bay it's a purchase from a local coin dealer. When it arrives I'll shoot my own pics of it but she sure is pretty... :)
