Got at the Washington Navy Yard as change, I assume it was just popped out of a roll, since all of my 75 cents in change was brand new 2015s.

Absolutely horrible reverse strike for a new coin, the Mint is getting lazy in Philly.

Grade-wise MS64.

It may be the lighting, the bands are clearly defined in-hand.

I find Denver coins a much better quality in terms of strike and luster, as opposed to Philly.
