Hi,

Can someone please tell me why the 2012 is selling for so much while the 2013 have a lower mintage?

There was lots of hype over the 2012 set when the mint stopped selling them early. This also applies to the silver proof sets form the same year.

Give it some time, and it will come down just like all the other clad proof sets.

Right now people are holding them for the hyped value. Eventually more will come to the market and prices will drop.

I really need one but I'm not going to pay $100 for it which is the cheapest on ebay right now.
