These are a few coins that caught my eye and thought maybe they could be something neat. Weird 1971 D Is this a large or small date? Idk what happened here.. its like the top coating ripped off. DmanofLV Valued Member United States 98 Posts	Posted 09/18/2015 5:45 pm Hello, Photo 1 and 2 is rim damage easily caused by taking a metal rod and striking it with a hammer. Photo 3 is a 1970-S Large date. Photo 4 is acid damage. Photo 5 and 6 is wear and tear circulation damage. Photo 7 indicates greased die resulting in BERTY and 199. This is the only coin I see that is of interest. Keep looking. You may be lucky to find some very interesting errors if you spend the time. Report this Post to the Staff
