Can anyone tell me if this is a counterfeit dollar bill? Got it in some change the other day but noticed how seems to be miscut and the green seal is not centered in same location as on my other one dollar bills. What cha think?
Guess someone's gonna have tell me how to add a pic.

Here's the tutorial for uploading pictures http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...g-images.asp

You could have a miscut note or one of the printings shifted...hard to say without having a photo.

If you need further help with uploading a photo don't hesitate to ask.
