Die 4 is a CCW doubled die. The doubling matches the master die doubling. The B in LIBERTY and IN GOD matches master die doubling. Also look at the location of the rim Cud. It's wrong. I bid just looking at the filled B & R. It got here and didn't have the doubling to go with it. Lesson learned. Glad I could help, but sorry it wasn't 004. It has a nice price tag!
